Five Qualify for U.S. Women's Mid-Amateur Championship

On Wednesday, August 17th, CommonGround Golf Course held a qualifier for the 2022 U.S. Women's Mid-Amateur Championship.

Calli Ringsby of Denver took home low medalist honors with a score of 71 (-1). She was trailed by Sarah Salvo of Salt Lake City, UT who fired an even par round to punch her ticket to the championship. She was followed by Haley Nist (Denver), Colorado Golf Hall of Famer Janet Moore (Centennial), and Sophie Kelner (Colorado Springs).

These top five players of the qualifier were awarded spots to compete at Fiddlesticks Country Club in Fort Myers, Florida on September 17-22 against the country's best competition.
