2022 Hickory Tournament Recap

The 2022 CGA Women’s Hickory Tournament was held on Wednesday, August 3 at Mariana Butte Golf Course in Loveland. The tournament highlights players with handicaps of 18-36, with flight play determined accordingly.

Nanette Neelan of Fox Hollow Golf Course shot a round of 86 to win Overall Low Gross honors. Second Flight Low Gross bragging rights went to Irene Stein of Collindale, with a score of 89. Michelle Stanek of Homestead won the Third Flight Low Gross with a 90, while Diane Max-Dechant of the LPGA Amateur Golf Association topped the Fourth Flight Low Gross with a score of 94. Barbara Carey of CommonGround earned the Fifth Flight Low Gross title with a round of 99.

Rose Rismanchi of Springhill became this year’s Overall Low Net champion with a total net score of 69. Stanek and Max-Dechant tied with Low Net 70’s while Neelan and Stein finished with Low Net rounds of 71.
