Eaton and Steffes Lead Way at Brassie Championship

The first round of the CGA Women's 2022 Brassie Championship was held today at Todd Creek Golf Course in Thornton.

The team of Kim Eaton and Molly Steffes lead the pack with first-round score of 68 (-4). Last month, Eaton won the CGA Women's Senior Match Play, to claim her 26th CWGA/CGA Championship title to become the winningest women's golfer in the history of Colorado golf.

Shelly Edwards and Kelly Green sit in second place after shooting a one-over par round of 73.

The championship is loaded with seven flights of competition, here are today's results from each flight:
