Volunteers

Our network of volunteers ensure fair play at tournaments, help golfers keep accurate score, and contribute to growing the game across Colorado.

Develop Your Expertise

Rules officials work at CGA tournaments ensuring fair play and helping competitors navigate rules situations. You'll be trained, certified, and mentored by seasoned volunteers.

Course raters evaluate courses across Colorado, measuring and rating each hole to establish accurate slope and course ratings. After completing USGA training, you'll join rating teams visiting courses statewide.

When You’re Ready

Fill out the volunteer interest form and our team will reach out to discuss opportunities and help you get started. The form typically opens in fall for the following season.
