Kupcho Recap: U.S. Women's Open Day 2

Jennifer Kupcho smiled when her 21 foot, 4-inch putt found the bottom of the cup on the 18th hole at Pine Needles Lodge & Golf Club in Southern Pines, NC. That birdie capped off an even-par round of 71, leaving her comfortably within the cut line following the second round of the 2022 U.S. Women’s Open. Kupcho, who is tied for 36th place going into the weekend, stayed even with 3 bogeys and 3 birdies. Mina Harigae (U.S.) and Minjee Lee (Australia) sit atop the leaderboard at 9-under-par. Ingrid Lindblad (Sweden), one of four amateurs to make the cut, is tied for 5th place.
