By Gary Baines - 12/4/2020

Former CGA Les Fowler Player of the Year Kyler Dunkle finished fourth and Nick Mason of Parker placed fifth out of a 59-person field this week in the Outlaw Tour’s McCormick Ranch Classic in Scottsdale, Ariz.

Dunkle, winner of the 2018 CGA Amateur and the 2012 5A state high school title, shot rounds of 71-67-68 for a 10-under-par 206 total. That left the former University of Utah and Colorado State University golfer eight strokes behind champion Brady Calkins of Chehalis, Wash.

Dunkle, who earned $2,100, made 17 birdies over the three rounds.

Mason, a three-time winner of the Hawaii State Open, carded three straight scores of 69 for a 207 total, which was worth $1,900. He made 18 birdies for the week.
