Caddie program leaders from throughout Colorado gathered on March 2nd at Columbine Country Club for the annual CGA Caddie Summit. The purpose of the Caddie Summit is to share information and best practices to improve youth-based caddie programs. The 10th annual Caddie Summit is conducted by the Colorado Golf Association and sponsored by the Colorado Golf Foundation (CGF). The CGF is the charitable arm of the CGA whose mission is to provide funding for Colorado-based golf organizations and programs that use golf to build important life skills and character, with an emphasis on instilling hard work and self-reliance in young people.
Thanks to representatives from CaddieNow and ClubUp for presentations on their technology platforms. Additionally, we are grateful for our partnership with Western Golf Association and thank Todd Melrose and Brian Bianchi for providing an update on the Evans Scholarship Program.
