Prepare for future success by caddying at The Broadmoor, one of America's most prestigious five-star resorts, learning world-class customer service and professional excellence. like communication, work ethic and exceptional professionalism all through a foundation built on caddying.
In this summer program, you’ll learn the value of discipline, earn an educational grant for your work, and explore your personal values around financial literacy and leadership through on and off course experiences and our Code of the West curriculum.

Application Requirements
- Age: Typically upon completion of 8th grade (other ages considered if requirements are met)
- Academic Excellence: Minimum 3.0 GPA (report cards required)
- Work Ethic & Attitude: No golf experience necessary, but strong work ethic and positive attitude required
Monthly Requirements
To earn your $400 monthly educational grant, you must complete:
- Caddying: Commit to completing at least 30 loops per summer
- Weekly leadership classes: Attend weekly in-person classes for leadership and financial leadership
- Community service: Monthly volunteer hours in the community
The program runs 16 weeks starting Memorial Day weekend through shortly after Labor Day.

Q: How old do I need to be?
Typically upon completion of 8th grade, though other ages may be considered if you meet program requirements.

Q: Do I need to play golf or know about the sport?
No golf experience required. You'll learn everything during training and through online resources.

Q: How do I get paid?
Complete monthly requirements and receive $600 monthly grants ($1,800 total per summer). You may also receive tips from golfers

Q: How long is training?
Throughout April and May, once all caddies are accepted into the program.

Q: How am I assigned loops?
Caddies will receive loop assignments through the ClubUp booking app.

Q: What happens after I complete the program?
Eligible caddies may apply for the Evans Scholarships during their senior year of high school.
