Pelvis Separation

Colorado Fitness Club owner Dee Tidwell discusses separation between the pelvis and the upper body. There are three tests to determine how well you can separate the two as it relates to the golf swing and maximizing your performance. Dee also provides good off-season drills to do at home to help improve separation and swing the golf club better.
